Selkie child of Summer:
Born in Ireland, Aoife has a noticable accent and pale skin that is not fond of the Oahu sun. She has a degree in Marine Biology and moved out to the Islands to study further. Although she shifts at least once a month, more if she has half a chance, Aoife is as much a part of the human world as she is the weird - although the weird intrigues her greatly. Aoife enjoys singing and has a good voice, she can often be heard belting out anything from hard rock to the latest Disney soundtrack.

What Lies Beneath:
Aoife loves to explore, in fact she has a streak of curiosity that gets her into trouble more often than not. As a child it manifested in trying to fall asleep in 'fairy rings' of mushrooms or turning over every large rock to see what was lurking there. Now she investigates the deepest parts of the sea she can manage in either form, leaps at every opportunity to follow someone into the NeverNever, and does not like to be told that there is something she should not know. Although it served her well in her studies, there are a lot of denizens of the weird that do not appreciate a nosy, mostly mortal wanting to know what is going on behind the carefully constructed fascade of 'bland' concealing their latest doings.
