Ulah/Introduction

Ulah is the owner of The Fallen Pig, the only Accorded Neutral Territory on Oahu.
He's a colorful character with plenty of crazy tales.
Ulah also tends to be an excellent source for information, depending on what you need to know.
While some might question the name of the bar,
they need only to realize that it was named to honor Pele as the bar is on her side of the island.
Come in for drinks, a swim, but don't come in for a violent confrontation, because that will be swiftly put down.
