Budding Mage: Thus far, Kirk's magic is basic and improvisational. And he's good at what little he can do. But he needs to know more. He seeks to understand better this world that he's exploded into, but he's still learning what and who to trust.

Former Rock Star: As Adam Hass, he had a brief, but intense career as a rock star. He was lead vocals for Boom, Bang, Crash and enjoyed a few years of popularity before fickle popularity waned. Furious attempts to reassert that went horribly and substance abuse crashed the band. Adam Hass disappeared.
