You could well have met Rime without knowing it.
While one might expect a Winter Fae to be less than thrilled with being on Oahu, Rime never seems displeased by his location.
Instead, he makes his location just what he wants.
Rime's realm is a cold one, so if you venture there you best make sure you bring a coat.
Or furs. Or a mobile fire pit.
