Mrs. Providence/Introduction

As the Administrator of the Phocus Academy, Mrs. Providence is often both revered and feared.
Seen as very authoritarian due to her responsibilities involving punishment and enforcement
it would seem that there are times when people rather intently avoid Mrs. Providence.
Often enough a meeting with Mrs. Providence will end well, with nothing but a conversation,
but problematic students with a record of needing repercussions can be less enjoyable.
