| White Court vampirism is a hereditary condition, passed on when interbreeding with humans - and always breeding true. However, it doesn't truly take-hold until the so-called "virgin" has for the first time killed someone with their emotion-feeding abilities. Some small amounts of that vampiric potential is still extant before that change, however. A savvy virgin might be able to make use of it in a mostly 'safe' way. Sadly, some children of the White Court are kept oblivious to the truth of their heritage, and so they usually stumble into that first kill by accident - and swap this mantle for that of the full White Court Vampire.
White Court vampires seem to be the weakest of the known vampire courts. However they are no less lethal for this. They prefer to work through cat's paws and patsies, avoiding direct action.
The White Courtiers live off emotion, with each of the Houses selecting a food-source:
- House Malvora - Fear
- House Raith - Lust
- House Skavis - Despair

Virgin Musts

- White Court Virgins must have a high concept reflecting their status as such, along with the house they belong to.
- White Court Virgins must take the Hungry Condition.
- White Court Virgins must take the Emotional Vampire Power.
- White Court Virgins may take the Incite Emotion Power. (Touch Only, Must be tied to their Family - I.E. Malvora - Fear, Raith - Lust, Skavis - Despair)
- White Court Virgins may take up to one of the following powers:
- Vampiric Physique
- Vampiric Recovery
- Vampiric Toughness

Vampire Musts

- White Court Vampires must have a high concept reflecting their status as such, along with the house they belong to.
- White Court Vampires must take the Burned By True Emotion Condition.
- White Court Vampires must take the Hungry Condition.
- White Court Vampires must take the Emotional Vampire Power.
- White Court Vampires must take the Incite Emotion Power and have the emotion they incite tied to their Family (I.E. Malvora - Fear, Raith - Lust, Skavis - Despair)
- White Court Vampires must take two of the following Powers:
- Vampiric Physique
- Vampiric Recovery
- Vampiric Toughness
